**Key stakeholders from eight government agencies participated in the design workshop.

**Benefits  
**Multiple floor plans and layouts for the EOC were able to be tested, validated and optimised; while providing lifesize and 3D visualisation of the space.

This saved a significant amount of time and cost through eliminating a protracted revision process and de-risked the project through greater understanding of layouts.

This case study supported analysis that stakeholder engagement through our patented Lifesize technology is improved by 99%.
